Ummm, you didn't need to sing anything to confirm the possession of aforementioned said issues.

"...cause you're trollll freeeeee....!"

[using my Johnny Mathis style voice; Dire, as creepy burger king, riding in background, Tell and Flow happily playing ball, McG pausing to take cheap shot at Dire as he rides by, causing him to flip over handle bars...but, we are all so happy]

Ouch--but in this fantasy, note I was even playing bball, and you keep the creepy grin as you fly thru the air, bounce off a telephone pole, are hit by a semi, and flipped up into the blades of the hovering newschopper, and dropped to the court in four roughly equal sized pieces...it's a fantasy; you're fine!

I think our left handed guitar maestro said it best:

TROLL FREE DO WHAT I PLEASE
TROLL FREE TO RIDE THE BREEZE
TROLL FREE I CAN'T STAY
I GOT TO GOT TO GOT TO GET AWAY

Yes, it's all different now that Obama is prez, except that the Hope Diamond isn't what it used to be. Celebrate change!

I usually don't get into South Park but this episode was and is still quite good (on the SP site too maybe):

Funny, I put that on last years Goals and Objectives during my End Of Year Review (along with the full lyrics), and no one thought it was funny.

They still don't.

Troll free, as free as the wind blows
As free as the AUDs go
Troll free to follow your thread

Live free and Dire surrounds you
The Forum still astounds you
Each time you look at Tell's post

Stay free, where no trolls divide you
You're free as the roaring tide
So there's no need to hide

Troll free, as free as the wind blows
As free as the AUDs go
But why did the SBDs go?
Troll free to follow your thread
Though your wife begs you to bed

Troll free, and life is worth wasting
But Forum-style living
Is only worth living,
'cause you're troll free

[crap! took me a while--it was Andy Williams, NOT Johnny! and, I know Rob can do this much better than me, but here's the first pass at Forum Free!]

Yeah, it only works if you know the tune...some of our younger viewers might be scratching their heads, but the tune works well for substituting lyrics, IMHO, and though I am terrible at these sorts of things--limmericks and such--it was easy to do a reasonable job cause you can stretch out words, add a few extra syl-lab-els and still more or less retain tonal functionality.

As a kid, I can recall what a tear-jerker this movie was! One of the first of the emotional "wildlife-docu-flicks" that today, everyone is exposed to, from cartoon to absolutely real live footage style ones...

Oh yeah--Marlin's the man! (was the man I suppose). His trusty side kick, Jim, was always do the dirty work--wrassling with crocs and big snakes and such...Marlin quietly narrating from the safety of the canoe (until the anaconda dropped in and coiled round him!).

Yep, I probably turned into a biologist in part because of Marlin and that show...WTF? You can get PAID to chase animals?! Good deal!

just watched a great wildlife-docu: Wall of Death. Life of an Ibex herd on the cliffs adjacent to the Judean desert. Filmed by Nat Geo. Absolutely AMAZING film work, have no idea how they get some of those shots.

well worth checking out if you havent seen it - it is new this year.

Oh--gotta find that! I spent some time in some amazingly isolated canyons in the southern Negev Desert and those animals are unreal! They can go straight up vertical cliff walls with tiny ledges for footholds; and some of the harshest desert (makes AZ look like a rainforest) you can imagine. Saw a kid lose its footing and fall 50 ft or so into an oasis pool! Mom was watching from further up the cliff; we thought it was a goner for sure, but it eventually popped up from the deep pool and swam to the side, shook itself off a time or two, and raced up the cliff face to mom, looking all the time at the kid "what a clumsy dumbshit you are!" (or at least we all thought so...it was probably embarrassed seeing we were watching?).
